ROOM & OCCUPANCY
The Standard Room Package includes 7 nights at our Premium 4-Star Hotel — Leblon, with daily breakfast.
Rates are quoted per person and based on Double Occupancy.
Double / Couple — 2 Participants: Two participants sharing the same room with 1 Double Bed. Each participant pays the applicable per-person package rate.
Private Room Use — 1 Participant: One participant may reserve and occupy the Standard Room privately. In this case, the full Double Occupancy package value applies.
Early Bird Example: US$ 2,795 per person based on Double Occupancy. Total package value for the room: US$ 5,590.
There is no separate Single Occupancy rate for this package.

CHILDREN & FAMILY POLICY
One child aged 0–3 years inclusive per room/reservation may stay complimentary, sharing the existing accommodation and without an additional bed.
Any additional child aged 0–3 years requires manual review and may be subject to the applicable package rules and charges.
All children aged 4 years and older are regular paying participants and will be charged the applicable package rate.
Age is determined as of July 24, 2027, and date of birth is required during registration.
The complimentary child does not count as a paying participant for package pricing purposes.
Only one complimentary child aged 0–3 years is permitted per room/reservation.
All family configurations remain subject to the permitted occupancy, accommodation and safety requirements of the selected room category.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Official Arrival Transfer — July 24, 2027
Included under the event’s established transfer conditions and operating windows.
Official Departure Transfer — July 31, 2027
Included under the event’s established transfer conditions and operating windows.
Transfers may operate by Executive Sedan, Van or Minibus according to the final operational arrangement.
Final recommended arrival and departure windows will be communicated separately. Participants should not assume that every flight schedule automatically qualifies for the included transfer.
Participants using the official transfer operation must provide their complete flight information. Unless another deadline is communicated, flight details should be submitted at least 20 days before the beginning of the trip.
Arrivals or departures outside the official dates and/or outside the established transfer conditions may be arranged through Carioca21, subject to availability and additional charges.

Booking confirmation is completed after the applicable first payment has been received and the required booking terms have been accepted.

The official program is designed to combine Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, culture, lifestyle, scheduled activities and meaningful local experiences while preserving time for participants to explore Rio at their own pace.

* The official program, including schedules, activities, routes, venues, instructors, transportation arrangements and sequence of activities, may be changed, rescheduled, substituted or cancelled when reasonably necessary due to weather or sea conditions, safety considerations, operational requirements, supplier or attraction availability, transportation or traffic conditions, decisions by public authorities, force majeure, natural events or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organizers.

NO-SHOW: Reservations are non-refundable in the event of a no-show and do not generate future-use credit, rescheduling credit or automatic transfer to another trip, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided in the applicable booking terms.
