Whenever reasonably possible, adjustments or suitable alternatives may be offered to preserve the overall event experience. Such changes do not, by themselves, constitute a failure in the delivery of the overall program and do not automatically entitle participants to refunds, credits, compensation or reimbursement, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided in the applicable booking terms.
