Yes. The package includes the Christ the Redeemer / Corcovado Experience with admission ticket and the Sugarloaf Mountain Experience with admission ticket, subject to the operational conditions described in the program.

These activities may be adjusted, rescheduled, replaced or cancelled when circumstances beyond the organizers' reasonable control require operational changes.

Yes. The Private Boat Experience is included in the package, subject to weather conditions, operational requirements, availability, safety considerations and other circumstances beyond the organizers' reasonable control.

Yes. The package includes the official BJJ program and scheduled BJJ activities as described in the final program.

The schedule, itinerary, activities and their sequence may be adjusted, rescheduled, replaced or, when necessary, cancelled due to weather conditions, operational requirements, availability, safety considerations, government or local authority restrictions, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond the organizers' reasonable control.

Whenever reasonably possible, the organizers will seek to provide an alternative activity or experience of comparable nature and value.

Group Transfer-In on July 24, 2027 and Group Transfer-Out on July 31, 2027 are included for the official arrival and departure dates.

Transfers on different dates require Concierge Assistance and are subject to availability and applicable rates. Private transfers can also be requested separately.

Different arrival or departure dates can be requested through our Concierge Assistance Team. Additional accommodation, transportation and applicable rates are subject to availability.

Ages 0–3: one child per room may stay complimentary when sharing the parents' existing bed.

Children over 3 years old are treated as full-paying participants according to the applicable accommodation and activity rules. Special configurations can be discussed with Concierge Assistance.

You can choose from three payment options:

Pay in Full: 100% at booking.

Three Payments: 50% at booking, 25% 30 days after the first payment, and 25% 60 days after the first payment.

Four Payments: 25% at booking, followed by 25% at 30, 60 and 90 days after the first payment.

Your booking is confirmed after the successful first payment and acceptance of the applicable terms and conditions.

The total contracted package value remains visible, together with the payment schedule and remaining balance.

Yes. You can express interest in additional experiences such as helicopter flights, hang gliding, hiking, additional private BJJ training, private Rio tours, additional boat experiences and private transportation.
