ROOM & OCCUPANCY

Standard Balcony Room at Premium 4-Star Stay — Leblon

Rates are quoted per person and based on the selected occupancy.

Double / Couple — 2 Participants: Two participants sharing the same room with 1 Double Bed. Each participant pays the applicable per-person package rate.

Twin — 2 Participants: Two participants sharing the same room with 2 Single Beds. Each participant pays the applicable per-person package rate.

Private Room Use — 1 Participant: One participant may reserve and occupy the room privately. The full Double Occupancy package value applies.

Package Rate: US$ 3,075 per person. For two paying participants, the total package value is US$ 6,150.

Triple Occupancy is not available in the Standard Balcony category.

CHILDREN & FAMILY POLICY

One child aged 0–3 years inclusive per room/reservation may stay complimentary, sharing the existing accommodation and without an additional bed.

Any additional child aged 0–3 years is considered a regular paying participant and will be charged the applicable package rate.

All children aged 4 years and older are regular paying participants and will be charged the applicable package rate.

Age is determined as of July 24, 2027, and date of birth is required during registration.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS

Official Arrival Transfer — July 24, 2027
Included under the event’s established transfer conditions and operating windows.

Official Departure Transfer — July 31, 2027
Included under the event’s established transfer conditions and operating windows.

Transfers may operate by Executive Sedan, Van or Minibus according to the final operational arrangement.

Final recommended arrival and departure windows will be communicated separately. Participants should not assume that every flight schedule automatically qualifies for the included transfer.

OPTIONAL CARIOCA21 EXPERIENCES

Enhance your Rio experience with additional experiences available through our Concierge Assistance Team, including helicopter flights, hang gliding, Favela Social Experience, E-Bike Experience, hiking, surfing, Private BJJ, private boat/yacht experiences, gastronomy, samba & culture, private Rio tours and day trips.

Optional experiences are not included in the main package and are subject to availability and separate quotation. No payment is required at this stage.

* The schedule, itinerary, activities and their sequence may be adjusted, rescheduled, replaced or, when necessary, cancelled due to weather conditions, operational requirements, availability, safety considerations, government or local authority restrictions, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond the organizers’ reasonable control.

Whenever reasonably possible, the organizers will seek to provide an alternative activity or experience of comparable nature and value.
