The Concierge team will follow up regarding availability, schedule, applicable rate and payment arrangements.

PAYMENT & BOOKING

How does the Early Bird / Sales Release pricing work?

Package rates are offered through different sales releases, each with its own price and validity period.

The rate applicable to a booking is the rate in effect when the reservation is confirmed and the required first payment is successfully completed.

Once a booking is confirmed, later changes to the sales release do not change the package price already contracted.

All rates remain subject to availability and the applicable booking conditions.

Can I pay for my package in installments?

Yes. Available payment options include:

  • Pay in Full: 100% at booking.
  • Three Payments: 50% at booking + 25% after 30 days + 25% after 60 days.
  • Four Payments: 25% at booking + 25% after 30 days + 25% after 60 days + 25% after 90 days.

The checkout will display the exact amount due today, remaining balance, installment amounts and applicable due dates before confirmation.

When is my booking confirmed?

A booking is confirmed after the applicable initial payment requirements are completed and the required terms and conditions are accepted.

Depending on the accommodation and booking stage, accommodation may still require final confirmation by the responsible team.

CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation eligibility depends on the applicable cancellation period and conditions established in the Terms & Conditions.

Participants should review the applicable Terms & Conditions before completing a reservation.

What happens if I do not attend the trip?

NO-SHOW BOOKINGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE and do not generate future-use or rescheduling credit, subject to mandatory applicable law.

Late arrival, early departure or voluntary non-use of a confirmed service does not automatically create a right to a partial refund or future-use credit.
